March Campout

When: March 25 - 26th
Where: Dixon Ranch on Palomar Mountain
Who: Deacons, Teachers, Priests


Friday
3:30  Meet at the Church
4:00  Depart for Dixon Ranch thru Escondido to 76 HWY
5:00  Arrive at the campsite, setup camp & eat dinner prepared by the Priest's Quorum.
7:00 - 10:30

• Night games. 
• Building wilderness survival shelters, practicing survival techniques. 
• Short devotional & story, poem, game, song etc presented by each quorum around the fire. 

Saturday

7:00 - 9:00 Arise, breakfast provided by the Deacons Quorum, clean up camp. 

9:00 - 12:00

• Fire building contest. 
• Wilderness survival instruction & contests. 
• Short service project clearing & repairing the road. (30 min - hour) 

Lunch by the Teacher's Quorum

1:00 - 4:30 Shotgun & Rifle shooting provided by the teachers quorum. 

4:30 Final walk thru of camp, load up and head home. 

6:00 Arrive back at the church.

Gear inspection will be held Thursday March 24 during mutual. Come with all your gear ready & packed for inspection.
