Well everyone, its an absolute monsoon outside right now and frankly I don't think things are looking very good for this weekend's camp out. Being that the rain tonight was so heavy I'm worried about the road being washed out. Plus it's supposed to rain both Friday and Saturday while we're there. Let's still plan on gear inspections on Thursday night and we'll make a decision at that point. If it's sunny the rest of the week and it no longer looks like it's going to rain next weekend we'll still go. For now I'm just not sure, I'm not very confident that it's going to work out.
If we are not able to go this weekend we will postponed the camp out for two weeks. Probably April 8th & 9th. If enough of you are interested we may be able to stay longer since that week you'll be out of school for spring break. Maybe we can stay 2 nights or at least go up earlier in the day on Friday.
Check back for updates throughout the week. Eddie and I may try to drive up to the campsite on Wednesday or Thursday to check out the road. We'll let you know what we find.
