Relay Teams: Roman/Troy and Fred/Brian/Spencer L.
First Leg: Swim 150 Yards in what turned out to be cold water
Second Leg: Bike 8 miles ( 3 laps, which turns out are hard to keep track of)
Third Leg: Run 2 miles. It looks flat, but the back side has a small slope.
The Brave (missing Tyler and Roman, not because they aren't brave, though)
The Controversial 1st Place - Did he really ride his bike all three laps?
Enough energy left over to help get someone out of the sand
